I am paying on a payment plan and the Amount to Pay field displays more than I want to pay

In this instance, the Amount to Pay field in the Shopping Cart automatically displays the total amount that is owed by the end of the current installment period.

For example, assume that a payment plan starts in January for a person who owes $100 every month. If that person is attempting to make a payment in January, the Amount to Pay field will show $100. If that person does not pay the required $100 by January 31st, then on February 1st the Amount to Pay field will show $200. The $200 represents the total amount that is owed by the end of the current installment period (February). In these instances, the amount owed represents multiple installment payments, not a late fee. The maximum payment amount for any PAePay transaction is $2500, so this field will never exceed this limit even if a greater amount is actually owed.

You can change the Amount to Pay field to whatever you want to pay, but it is your responsibility to ensure that payments are paid in full and on-time.
